I wanted to say this once & for all,
just for clarity sake
I would never believe nor claim
that all accusations of racism
in modern America are fake
but the accusation has become
a political weapon these days
Unfounded in many cases
Thrown around arbitrarily
To kick mud in people’s faces
Despite what some keep howling
I’ve just never believed that it’s a systemic thing
