Art Doesn’t Always Have To Come From Pain

It’s true that pain makes good art,

It gives us a release some days

but not all art has to be about pain

It’s time that more of us realize that again

Otherwise, we’ll only create

when our lives are circling the drain,

and constantly creating from that dark place

may be enough to drive a person insane
