Untitled

An old man shooting bottles off a fence post, with a .44

Doing that for hours, then setting up some more

When the gun smoke settles, when the day is finally done

He sits back to relax & watch the setting of the sun

He’ll do it the next day, all over again

Unless he decides to get in his Hoveround

& take it for a spin,

loves to race it against his grandson’s bike

& see his face light up when he wins
