Pandora’s Box

Bringing him into her life

was like breaking the locks

& opening Pandora’s box

He left her distraught

Because of all the trouble he wrought

He wasn’t the man that she had thought,

the lies he told, for too long she bought

but she’s free now that he’s been caught
