In Defense of Good Police

It is a reality that some police engage in brutality

& there definitely needs to be accountability,

but it angers me equally when I see

Some people claiming that corruption is a systemic thing,

frankly, they are straight up lying,

The vast majority of officers believe in duty, respect & morality

Every day they go to work ready for anything,

risking their lives selflessly I’m tired of the narratives

slandering them brazenly

Those doing it ought to be ashamed

Destroying innocent lives is not a game
