Telling It Straight

When he’s got something important to say

He’s quick to tell it straight, he’s never seen much point

In being sugar frosted or fake, whether people love or hate it

He says it anyway, some people stay to listen

Others walk away, keeping his integrity

is worth any sacrifice, any price he has to pay
